Terra Flow provides software-as-a-service solutions that enable customers to upload, store, manage, organize, analyze, transfer, communicate, and otherwise process information relating to their own customers, prospects, employees, suppliers, business partners, and other individuals.

When customers utilize the Services to process Personal Information, Terra Flow acts solely as a data processor or service provider and processes such information exclusively for the purpose of providing the Services to the customer. Terra Flow does not determine the purposes or means of processing such information and does not assume responsibility for the legality of the customer's processing activities.

This includes situations where you utilize our platform to capture, sync, or manage prospective customer leads generated via Meta Lead Generation Forms (Lead Ads). In such operations, we extract and process end-user data (such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses) strictly as a data processor based on your system configuration and instruction.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, legal bases, notices, and consents required for the collection, use, transfer, and processing of Personal Information through the Services. Customers remain responsible for complying with all applicable data protection, privacy, consumer protection, electronic communications, and marketing laws.

Terra Flow may access Customer Data only where such access is necessary to provide technical support, investigate security incidents, comply with legal obligations, maintain system functionality, or otherwise fulfill contractual obligations.

Terra Flow may provide artificial intelligence functionalities as part of the Services. These functionalities may include content generation, text analysis, automated communication, workflow automation, customer support automation, data classification, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, conversational interfaces, and similar capabilities.

In order to provide such functionality, information submitted through the Services may be processed by artificial intelligence systems operated by Terra Flow or by third-party service providers engaged by Terra Flow.

Terra Flow does not intentionally use Customer Data processed through Processor Services to train publicly available artificial intelligence models unless such use is separately disclosed and expressly authorized by the relevant customer.

Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence technologies may generate outputs based on probabilistic models and that such outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every intended purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating any output generated through artificial intelligence features before relying upon such output.

Terra Flow may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage technologies, and similar tracking technologies in order to operate, secure, analyze, maintain, and improve the Services.

These technologies may be used to authenticate users, maintain session information, remember preferences, measure usage patterns, improve functionality, analyze performance, detect security incidents, prevent abuse, and facilitate integrations with third-party services.

Our Services explicitly integrate with platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram) through official developer tools such as Facebook Login and the Meta Marketing API. By authorizing these integrations within the platform, you expressly direct and permit Terra Flow to access, retrieve, store, and process structural and statistical data directly from your Meta Ads Manager accounts. This data access is strictly limited to the technical execution and delivery of our SaaS core ad management and optimization features.

Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth under applicable law, data subjects may have the right to learn whether Personal Information is being processed, request information relating to processing activities, learn the purposes of processing, learn the recipients to whom Personal Information has been transferred, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion or destruction of information where legally applicable, request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom information has been disclosed, object to certain processing activities, and seek compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
